A: There are several ways. The easiest and
quickest way is to enter your property while on line on your computer (click
here to go to entry form), You can also print a form off this web site,
fill it out and fax it to us or you can even
call us and give us your information over the phone and we will enter it for
you.
Q: Do you take Credit Cards?
A: We take MasterCard, Visa
Q: How do I enter pictures of my
property?
A: If you have your photos in digital format you
can email them to us. If you have your property entered on another site with
photos, and are allowed to use those photos, we can capture them off of that
site. Otherwise mail them to us. We will be happy to return them to you if
you let us know that you want your photos back.
Q: Can I make changes and how much does
it cost?
A: You will have a password to your site that will
allow you access to make changes any time you want, as often as you want. No
charge.
Q: What if I have a management company?
A: Yes. When a renter inquires about your property
specifically it is a great way to supplement your rentals. You can have
phone calls and emails go directly to your management company or they can go
to you or anyone you designate.
Q: I own multiple properties. Is there
a price break for multiple properties?
A: Until we change the answer to this question you
can enter the first property for $49 and all the others for half price.
Please email us with your special property ID numbers after you enter them
so we don’t over charge your credit card.
Q: If I want to see how many times my
property is viewed is there a hit counter available.
A: Yes. Please email us to let us know you want
one.
Q: How long will it take my property to
appear once I enter it myself or if I fax the form?
A: No longer than 48 hours. If you enter your
information online it will usually appear within 10 minutes. The photos will
be up within days of us receiving them.
Q: How will my property be found by
renters searching online?
A: Say you have an Ocean front condominium in
Naples. Someone wanting to go to Naples might type in "ocean front
condominium naples" in the search box on the MSN.com site or on any search
engine. We will have key worded (metataged and described your property on
the web so that it will come up on search engines near the top.
Q: Do you advertise your site in print?
A: Yes, too many publications to list but we are
in several major newspapers and magazines.
Q: Do you offer any guarantees?
A: Yes. If your property does not get any
additional rentals from RiverRunLodging.com in the one year period we will
extend your listing indefinitely and try to help you figure out what the
problem is.
Q: Why should I be on multiple sites?
A: This increases your chances of renters finding
your property. Your listing on the different sites may or will come up
differently on different search engines. Also each of the sites will be
submitted to the search engines individually which double, triple, or even
quadruple the amount of exposure your property will get.
